At Cognitive Clarity, I understand how important it is to create a safe space for counseling. I strive to make each person feel welcomed, comfortable and understood. My approach is person centered with an eclectic approach to therapeutic tools that fits the individual's need. My most regularly used approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT). CBT is evidence based and focuses on exploring thoughts, feelings and behavior patterns. This approach helps individuals recognize and overcome cognitive distortion and stuck thoughts. The goal of therapeutic intervention is to enhance cognitive clarity, overcome life challenges, and enhance connection.
